| Description: | Winemaker Erica (Trombetta) Stancliff has been a Paul Hobbs protégé since age 10, when he was so impressed by her palate he began mentoring her. Just 10% new oak, full Ml, rich. This is a Great example of the "Cali Chard" style. Baked apple, buttered popcorn, pear tart, cinnamon, caramel, hazelnut. Great acid and a medium body keep it crisp and refreshing. Very impressive. |
