It rested in a pair of hogsheads for over a decade, until in December 2019 it was bottled at 12 years old for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection at 46% Abv. Warming and toasty, this one. Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt Nose Toasted teacake, with apple jam, citrus curd and fresh hay. Palate Cinnamon biscuits, a pinch of tobacco and green oak, with a hint of underripe apple. Finish A dusting of cocoa and baking spice. |
