The wine is self-confident from the start, youthful, playful, open-hearted, with a pleasant acidic freshness. The tomboyish style hides the strain a bit, but at the same time provides verve and drinking animation. Due to its intense fruit, it goes particularly well with strongly spiced dishes. It is an ideal addition to cured, smoked, horseradish meat, but also herring salad, mackerel, sardines, or anything that is heavily smoked. |
