| Description: | Prefecture: Yamaguchi. Rice Polishing Rate (Seimaibuai): 60%. Rice Varieties: Yamada Nishiki, Seito No Shizuku. One of the newer sake breweries on the scene, Tenbi was established in 2020, and is made by female Master Brewer, Miki Fujoka. There is added Co2 in the sake to give the drinker a distinct lightness and brightness. which gives it a little more "pep in its step" than other Sakes. It also helps preserve the sake for imbibing the next day. This clean and light sake has notes of perfectly ripe fresh mango, cantaloupe, banana, cherry candy, and leaves with a dry, invigorating finish. Try with tempura vegetables, fried chicken, or dim sum. Yum! |
