The most delicate of the bunch, this is fresh and lifted, with delicate wild strawberry notes playing beautifully alongside hints of minerality and rose petals. Almost Provencal in style, with white pepper notes adding complexity, did I mention this is a crazy steal? This would be awesome paired with bouillabaisse and spicy foods, especially Cajun and creole food…crawfish boil, anyone? |
