| Description: | By collecting the best Calvadoses matured following traditional methods on the farms of Normandy, it produces the "chemistry" by finding the "perfect" blend between a sweet Pays d'Auge Calvados and a more full-bodied Domfrontais Calvados to the taster's great delight. Thus the young Calvados, with a good scent of apple and pear and powerful in the mouth, holds onto the subtle aromas of the fruit. The old, delicate tasting Calvados brings out aromas of orange blossom and crystallized fruit developed through ageing, not forgetting a hint of balsamic spice that blends with the woody flavours ranging from chocolate to the cigar box. |
