| Description: | "sur La Butte". Surprisingly, this Anjou Rouge is hanging its hat on the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, with 30% Cabernet Franc accounting for the remainder. Sourced from two lieu dit on Chaume hill, the grapes are destemmed, macerated for 2-3 weeks and aged in concrete for 11 months. Dried flowers of violets and roses, raspberry ganache, truffle powder and dusty red fruits. Medium weight with a great balance of fresh acidity and tannins. |
