Lots of freshness, dense and rich mouthfeel, with delicate little oak towards the finish. Balanced, concentrated, fresh, and rich harmony. Ageing potential: Vintage + 5 years\r\nPairs well with crustaceans, shellfish, grilled or smoked fish, chicken and veal, composed salads, pastries and pies, pasta, sushi & sashimi, spiced foods, or as an aperitif drink.\r\nThe M\u00e2con-Villages is a blend of different vineyards in the South of Maconnais, predominantly situated on the mid-slopes where the richer soils from erosion mix with the limestones.\r\nThe mid-slopes benefit from perfect exposure to the sun assuring optimal maturation conditions and good drainage. The result is an optimal \u201cphenolic ripeness\u201d that brings lots of yellow stone fruit character in our wines, balanced by the mineral influence of the chalky soils and the natural freshness of the vintage.\r\nWe choose stainless for fermenting to preserve the purity of this fruit and to underline the \u201csalin\u201d from the limestone bedrock.\r\nThe most complete and balanced wine is a blend of different vineyards by enhancing the complementary character between the origins. This is the job of Antoine Vincent as a wine-maker to bring harmony between the origins, a longstanding tradition as for the wines of Ch\u00e2teau-Fuiss\u00e9.\r\nJ.J. Vincent & Fils sources a part of its grapes from family holdings. This privileged relationship allows a \u201cproprietor\u201d control of the culture of the vineyard and the quality of the grapes.\r\n \r\nAbout Famille Vincent\r\n \r\nFamille Vincent produces a range of wines made with the same care and expertise as those made at the Vincent\u2019s historic domaine, Ch\u00e2teau Fuiss\u00e9. Made primarily from grapes sourced from M\u00e2connais vineyards owned by members of Antoine Vincent\u2019s family, these wines are of extremely high quality and represent remarkable value.
