Their vines are planted on "La Causse," an old Occitan word for the limestone plateau found in ancient Cahors. This is a lighter, prettier version of Malbec than most. Plum and raspberry take the lead, with spiciness appearing on the finish. Great acid. Delicious and refreshing! |
