| Description: | Tasting notes straw-colored gold intense, beautiful luminosity and brilliance. Its bouquet offers a sublime combination of peach, apple, orange, Mediterranean maquis, and velvety smooth finish. Wine maker notes white wine made from grapes selected Fiano & Chardonnay harvested in the month of August. Its aromas are the result of each grape type cold maceration at 4 ° C for 24 hours (separately) performed immediately after de-stemming, and alcoholic fermentation at 15 ° C for about 10 days.
