Aged in stainless steel and neutral oak. Rich and waxy, taste and smell peach blossoms, apricot, guava and Golden Delicious apple. Dried herbs and a hint of bitterroot on the finish. Great choice to go with a variety of foods – makes us crave grilled fish and veggies. Just 200 cases. |
