| Description: | Try it once and you will be a big fan of this wine for all occasions. It's a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Semillon, Chardonnay and Muscat. The result of this varietal mixing is an aromatic high (think Viognier) and ultra fruity (think Chardonnay) that works well with lighter food preparations that carry some spiciness or light sweetness. The wine is dry but has a rich, lush character to it. Try it and you will be hooked. Part of the Caymus family of wines. |
