This presents a menagerie of sensations, as silky textures flesh out across the palate with a salty-sweet display of ripe black cherries and plums offset by exotic spices and minerals. It's dense yet energetic, propelled by zesty acids, with fine tannins that come forward through the close. Frankly, for how youthfully structured this is, I find it hard to pull myself away from the glass. Nearly a minute goes by, and you can still sense notes of licorice and violet florals. This varietal Tintore di Tramonti is a force to be reckoned with. |
