| Description: | Harvested in early December in a terrain filled with scree and porphyry soils stemming from volcanic activity long before we existed. It's an amazing feat that this is so affordable given the hardly there yields of 15 hl/ha. The grapes were dried on the vine and then pressed, fermented and then aged in small wooden casks for two years before bottling. Golden in color, rich in texture and an exquisite dessert wine that will keep for years to come. |
