Unlike "the usual" fresh, thirst-quenching Roses we sell. This is a food wine! Citrus pith, peppercorns, dried herbs, dried rose petals. Tickle of tannins on the gums. Had with Pork Ramen at Miminashi recently. Fantastic. |
