Twenty-five years of knowledge has been accumulated at this estate, giving Jean-Louis great insight into the practice. The A Minima Passetoutgrain is 50/50 gamay and pinot noir, grown in the Grands Champs vineyard located below the road south of Gevrey. This is true vin de soif chez Trapet â" more so in 2019 than the robust 2018. The '19 lends itself to enjoyment like no other big vintage; it's vivid, with a zappy kick and the freshness of the vintage. |
