The color is a pale ruby hue and shows light strawberry fruit on the nose. There's a touch of minerality that weaves through the finish and keeps the flavor alive for a long finish. This is ripe and elegant to drink with a creamy mousse and lively bubbles to the end. Serving Suggestion: A companion to salmon cakes with remoulade sauce; with smoked chicken breast over spinach salad with a strawberry/balsamic vinaigrette. |
