| Description: | Rich and exceptionally complex, the Sterling Vineyards Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has served as the winery's signature offering an expressive character that works best when paired with beef, lamb, game, or poultry dishes. Each vintage begins its life with the harvesting of the grapes which are then sorted, washed, and pressed before being vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Following fermentation, the wine then undergoes a 16-month-long maturation in a combination of French, European, and American oak barrels. After which, the finished wine is then finally packaged in dark, opaque bottles at a modest 14.5% ABV. |
