No tannins fighting each other, no odd aromas to combat, no one fighting for attention, just working together in harmony and grace. The wine is made using traditional winemaking techniques like extended maceration, aerative racks and native malolactic fermentations. The wine spent some quality time in French and American oak barrels along with oak aging to add depth and character\u0085kinda like finishing school back in the by gone era when manners counted.
