| Description: | Pure Crazy White 12 Years Old After 12 years of aging, Folle Blanche reaches its first maturity to offer a very assertive style, a precise, almost iodized palate. Aging 12 years minimum, cask strength, 48.2 alc. Grape variety: Folle Blanche 100% Tasting Notes A deep golden dress. A nose full of fresh fruit (orange, lemon, wild apple) and flowers. On the palate, the initial freshness intensifies with flavors of candied pineapple, nutmeg, white pepper and citrus zest. In the finish, a nuance of licorice is added which coats these deep flavors close to walnut and typical of the aging of great Bas-Armagnacs, which we call rancio. Tasting advice It will be served at room temperature with a fruity dessert, a meringue pastry. Tasted alone, it is the perfect expression of elegance. |
