Montes Limited Selection Sauvignon Blanc has a much stronger acidity which will be best with rich foods still in a lighter style preparation, sweet shell fish like lobster and shrimp will show off the fruit and have enough richness to cut the acidity in the wine. Raw oysters will bring out the mineral richness in the wine. |
