| Description: | 60% Marsanne, 40% Roussanne. It's unusual to find white St-Joseph, even more so one that has some age to it. The developing maturity is subtle and integrated, with aromas of nuts, mushrooms, and dried fruits adding concentrated complexity to the rich, round, creamy palate that has an edgy graininess to it. This a quite serious wine which will improve even further with age, and provides the perfect accompaniment to rich fish dishes. |
