| Description: | The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc are mainly sourced from Rutherford, which is home to old clones of musqué, with an addition of 12% Semillon and 3% Sauvignon Vert. Fermentation was 67% French oak, 29% stainless steel and 4% concrete eggs. After fermentation the wine was aged on its lees with daily or weekly bâtonnage. Flavors of kaffir lime, lychee, a limestone-like minerality and a richness from the oak to balance the intense acidity. |
