A blend of Merlot, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has aromas and flavors of plum, blackberry and black currant with a hint of spice. The dark fruits and spice flavors offers a rich, round mouthfeel with a long finish. Tasting Notes: This blend has aromas of plum, blackberry and black currant with a hint of spice. Bottle Size: 750 ml. Appellation: Northcoast, California. Grape Varieties: Merlot, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon. Alcohol Percentage: 14.50%. Fermentation: Different blocks were fermented separately to preserve ideal characteristics of each. Each block spends an average of 18 days on the skins. Aging: 15 months in 35% new Oak.
