| Description: | Greenish yellow, bright with fine natural bubble. Citrus and fresh apple aromas, and mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh and fruity, with characteristic acidity and light carbon. In addition to having the best Txakoli, Txomin might have the best view of any winery we have been to. The rolling green hills cascade above the bay like a green extension of the crashing waves below. It feels, like the wine; cool, refreshing, and renewing. And vice versa, the wines feel like the sea. They taste like a margarita mixed by the ocean: Rock salt, limes, and ocean air all tickle the tongue with each sip. Next to rosé, there is no other wine that can turn down the summer heat like Txakoli. It's not just a pleasure we indulge in when it's hot outside; it's essential.
