| Description: | Etna Rosso can be pretty extreme upon release, getting better and better with a little age, but the 2020 vintage drom the island is ready right out of the gates. A big, earthy, serious style with more earth than fruit. Dark berries, plums, leather, cigar box and fennel are not subtle in their expression. Additional flavors of blood orange, red currants and camphor pack a savory punch with a rich texture, medium tannins and volcanic acidity. |
