A rather wonderful Puerto Rican rum from Serralles' Don Q range, made with a blend of aged rums, which has resulted in an approachable yet complex and rewarding flavor profile. There's a lot to love here, from the rich toffee and tropical fruit notes on the nose, to the decadent coffee and oak on the palate, mellowed by layers of honey.
