At 121 proof and 60.5% alcohol by volume, Batch #8 holds the highest proof of any of Dedmans batches thus far.The Kentucky Owl Batch #8 release totals 9,051 bottles produced from 4 different distillates, aged 14 years, 11 years, 8 years, and almost 5 years. It features a cinnamon, apple, nutmeg, vanilla pudding pop nose with a hint of caramel and red pepper. The mouthfeel is strong, rich, syrupy and the finish lingers while working its way from the spice on the back of the palate towards the front after each sip.This is the biggest, boldest, most robust release of Kentucky Owl I have put together to date.
