His village level Sancerre comes from vineyards dotted around the region from the three major soil types found in the region: caillottes, silex, and terres blanches. A very appealing nose of lemon oil, verbena, wet slate and electric minerality. A great weightiness provides the frame for the rich palate and sturdy acidity. |
