| Description: | The fruit for the Ghost Block Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the family's own Rock Carin Vineyard in Napa's famed Oakville AVA. This site is comprised of deep gravelly loam with a perfect western exposure and has an established a history of producing very concentrated fruit, all certified organically grown. Winemaker Notes - This wine offers a harmonious balance of rich dark fruit, blackberries, and plums with hints of violet, chocolate, vanilla, and spices with aromatics on the palate. Fined grain tannins frame the velvety mid-palate with a crisp, lingering finish. This wine is well-structured and complex and will perfectly pair with grilled lamb chops.
