It blows off a little, but a leathery, earthy quality remains, along with slightly flashy oak. There's plenty of plump red-currant and blueberry fruit, though, along with violets and a peppery spice. The palate is supple and juicy with a soft grip of savory tannins and a tangy, exotic spiced finish. Drink now through 2027 |
