A complex nose of brown sugar, opulent raspberry, and black cherry fruits lead to playful hints of eucalyptus and violet notes. Warm allspice and cinnamon wave across the palate developing into vanilla graham cracker and sandalwood. Nuances of wet stone, salinity, and umami round out the finish on this wonderfully complex blend. |
