Lots of lime zest on the aromatic nose, as well as prickly pear, peach, apricot, and grass. The rich, weighty palate is perfectly balanced by fresh acidity, before finishing on a racy, spicy, lingering mouthfeel. A refreshing wine on its own, and also an ideal pairing for white fish. |
