| Description: | Domaine Tabordet has 13 hectares in Pouilly-Fumé in the communes of Villiers and Saint-Laurent-L'Abbaye on Kimmeridgiam marl, Caillottes and Silex soils. The estate is certified organic and Biodynamic (Demeter), vinifies with indigenous yeasts and uses minimal amounts of SO2. An absolutely delightful rendition, with plenty of lift and cut without the heft; wafting aromatics of white flowers, lemon sorbet, white rocks and faint white pepper on a medium bodied frame that fuses depth with grace.
