Beginning with this inaugural vintage, Pinhook will blend a new batch of approximately 50 rye barrels each spring and set a proof to maximize the balance and complexity of the whiskey at that age. The Bourbon Vertical Series launched in the fall of 2019, and the 5-year-old bottling will be released this fall. The Vertical Rye is dedicated to Tiz Rye Time, a talented young colt who had completed four races at the time of the 4 Year vintage's release. |
