A blend of Welschriesling, Traminer and Pinot Gris, each spending between 5-7 days on the skins, giving the wine its color and subtle bitterness. Pineapple, peach, apricots, tangerine and what the internet calls "golden berries". Savory flavors, bitter peach skin and a mild yeastiness. |
