The palate is smooth and satiny, with fine yet supporting tannins and ample acidity to complement the ripe black-fruit core. The finish takes you through a ride of fruity dominance back to herbal sensations on the close. 4 Stars 2019 Platter's South African Wine Guide Perhaps the most easygoing of the reds. 16 (88 pts) has serious structure, but plush & loose-knit. Modest 13% alcohol helps approachability. Like all, integrated oak, good dry finish. |
