| Description: | Made from 100% Carricante grown in volcanic soils on the eastern slope of Mount Etna. Aging in all stainless steel with three months of bâtonnage gives this wine a great balance of crispness with a touch of weight to the texture. Overall the flavors are citrusy and minerally with lemon grass, lemon/lime, green apple skins, and light stone fruits. Some very unique flavors pop-up such as celery and dried mint to go along with the volcanic minerality and salty acidity. |
