The creek bed at Frankfort campus changes things. The water rises in the warm Kentucky air to wrap the trees and the storied backhouses in a blanket of humidity, making everything slow. It's good for the whiskey. It ages at its own pace, with little ventilation and a lot of time. Giving the whiskey a delicate, floral flavor, with a finish pf aged oak.
