| Description: | Dominique Lafon is on a very short list of the world's greatest winemakers. While most famous for his legendary Meursault at Comtes Lafon, he has also been making wines under his eponymous label since 2008. Dominique uses the Comtes Lafon vineyard team and handles much of the winemaking himself, showcasing his precise, deeply textured style at more approachable price-points. 14 barrels made from 0.75ha, a comfortable return. Fifty percent whole bunch. Concentrated purple colour. A bucketload of dark raspberry fruit, but not too obviously stem infused.
