Description: | Tasting Notes\r\nLight and mildly saturated Chambolle-Mussigny that opens with somewhat sweet nose and fresh acidic red berry palate but grows to a rounded caramel notes. Great wine that works solo. Mint strawberry lollipops, touch of cherry, dried cranberry, white pepper, fresh oak\/black soil notes. Cranberry, raspberry, strawberry jelly, milk chocolate, some oak. Med- very smooth body, fruity acidity, silky tannins, med finish.\r\n \r\nAbout Jaffelin\r\n \r\nJaffelin\u2019s history is inseparable from that of the Coll\u00e9giale Notre Dame de Beaune (the Notre Dame collegiate church in Beaune).
