| Description: | "brama". Carcaghjolu (Carcajolo), found predominately in Corsica and Sardinia shows a variety of less common aromas and flavors. The grape's vigor expresses ripe fruit aromas balanced by herbs and earth. Blackcurrants, dark plums, ripe blueberries and olive leaf are dusted by the estate's forested surroundings. Dusty gravel parking lot aromas with the Corsican equivalent of garrigue, maquis - a mix of eucalyptus, juniper, rosemary, yellow immortelle, myrtle, sage, mint, thyme and lavender. |
