Taking its title from the childhood nickname of Jean-Pierre Thibon, Libian's patriarch and father to the sisters who currently manage the estate, the "Buve Z'en" rosé is a wine with an identity as chiseled as the estate's other gorgeous wines with which we've fallen increasingly in love over the past three years. Vive Le Libian! Vive le rosé! Serving Suggestion: Sweet, spicy shrimp cocktail w/ celery, jalapeño, & cilantro. Deep fried corn on the cob w/ Szeschuan-esque peppercorn flair! |
