Its name means ‘Only before God', also used to designate a silk cap that the Pope, bishops and some people from the clergy usually wear to cover their heads. A reference to the ecclesiastical origins of the winery. A wine that is reserved only for exceptional harvests. A wine with a long life that represents elegance with capital letters.
