| Description: | "sous La Tonnelle". Labeled simply as Anjou, the grapes technically come from the prized region of Champ-sur-Layon, but can't be labeled as such because it is vinified dry. We are guessing not completely dry though. Orange blossoms, Meyer lemon, tart pineapple, caramel apple and a powdery limestone quality. 400l neutral oak is used sparingly, but the acidity just keeps persisting through any Rs and oak, providing a snappy finish. |
