| Description: | A tendril of the giant Languedoc cooperative formed by Val d'Orbieu and Uccoar, Chateau Rouviere has been family-owned and operated since 1870. As produced by winemaker, Olivier Dauga, the Grenache and Syrah for their Minervois are de-stemmed and fermented together in tank, while the Mourvdre is whole cluster pressed. The final blend is matured in cement vats. |
