| Description: | Do Nothing refers both to how the wine is made and to what you should plan to do while drinking it. It's a perfect summer chiller that's made up of an ever-changing mix of red and white grapes, often including but not limited to Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, although each vintage is a slightly different blend. The grapes are co-fermented and left to do their thing, resulting in a light but flavorful red(ish) wine that's perfect with a chill. Loaded with strawberry citrus zest and punchy acidity, there's just a touch of earth and subtle texture that makes it much more exciting than your average porch pounder.
