Melon de Bourgogne from a single Clos in the village/cru of Chateau Thébaud, the vineyard site is filled with granite under sandy loam. These soils give the wine its mouthwatering salinity, zesty lime, and Meyer lemon. Pit fruits of white peach, nectarine and crunchy minerality. Muscadet under $20 does not get more serious than this. |
