| Description: | Made up of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon with 8% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc to add softness and depth. This is a fun, fruity wine with big, chunky, chalky tannins and chocolate. Coffee, gravelly earth, cedarbox and graphite aromas usually reserved for much pricier Cab's are all here. It's aromatic and floral, with blackcurrants, cherries, plums, violets, and iris, with a warm spice on the palate. Made by Anna Monticelli, formerly of Bryant and now at Piña. |
