| Description: | Certified Organic Vineyard this wine is a blend of 81% syrah, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Mourvedre which spends 22 months in French oak, 257 cases produced of this wine and total production is only 3000-3500 cases. This wine has that textbook earth of the wines from this region, a very mineral crushed rock like note to the dark plum and dark currant berry fruit with notes of fine herbs, mint and sage with peppery spice, dried meats. This wine is a little monster on the tongue with a host of dark berry fruit, plum, cherry and currant with a host of that spice and earth from the nose coming through on the finish. finish 50+ Excellent +. |
